Payments through the DOXO website are not payments to the City of River Oaks. The City of River Oaks is not responsible for late payments received by using DOXO. The City encourages its citizens to pay utility payments to the City of River Oaks through the Payment Group by going to the city web page at www.riveroakstx.com under the PAYMENTS tab and click on the link "Make Traffic & Utility Payments".
